  Russo's Hillside Chapels lives up to its reviews. When our father passed, they were very accommodating, extremely genuine, and very responsive to our family. Since we weren't knowledgeable with the process, Joe helped us through each step of the procedures and incorporated our family's wishes tastefully. Joe went above and beyond from helping with food at the wake to shoveling the snow at the church. What's more, we were treated with respect and empathy during this difficult time. At such difficult time in our lives, it was great to have kind, compassionate, flexible, and knowledgeable people to work with. Mary was great with helping us with the things we needed for after the funeral and wake.
