  I have tried to get a quote from them, after speaking to 3 people and receiving 3 different prices I finally was told the price. I already went to another mechanic and I knew exactly what needed to be done. After they told me the price they said I need to stop by in two days after they reopen (xmas break) so that they could look at the issue themselves for liability and they would start on it right away. So I am thinking I got an appointment and I know how much they will charge me. I stopped by on the day that they told me to, to get the car worked on only to be told that they can’t do it today and it will take longer with greater cost. If I knew that on Monday I could have gone to another shop and not wasted my time. They labor might be cheaper than other places in town, I cannot attest to the workmanship but I know they customer services needs to improve. Hey I gave them a shot since they are new in town but they wasted it.
